In our Financial Mathematics degree program, you’ll learn how to drive the economy forward by leveraging cash flow and creating wealth. With a solid foundation in economics, financial instruments and statistical techniques, coupled with a range of experiential learning opportunities including an optional paid co-op placement and research practicum, you’ll be ready to analyze markets, manage investments and evaluate risks.

•  Grade12 Advanced Functions 
•  Grade12 Calculus and Vectors  or  Grade12 Mathematics of Data Management 
•  Grade12 Biology  or  Grade12 Chemistry  or  Grade12 Physics 

Completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), 6 Grade 12 U or M courses with a minimum overall average of 70%, and the following required Grade 12 U courses (minimum grade of 70% in each):

• English/anglais (ENG4U/EAE4U preferred)
• Advanced Functions (MHF4U)
• One of Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U) or Mathematics of Data Management (MDM4U)
• One of Physics (SPH4U) (recommended), Chemistry (SCH4U), Biology (SBI4U)

Applicants not educated in Ontario must submit evidence of education equivalent to the OSSD with six Grade 12 U or M courses.
